Damaged items are subjected to an exchange provided that customers report 2 days after receiving the product/s.
Should the customer want to make returns or exchanges due to sound and sensible reasons, they will have 5 days to return the product, should the time lapse, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Should the customer requests a refund or an exchange. The customer will be eligible for paying the return costs, that is shipping.
We do not accept returns on any gadgets, as we cannot ensure that the customer did not damage the good themselves.
Valid refunds take between 24-72 business hours.
